SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS TO USERS
Retailshoppee ships Product(s) to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to some locations which are unserviceable. These locations keep on changing and depend on serviceability by our logistics partners. Retailshoppee does not deliver items internationally. The User buying the Products will be able to make purchases on the Retailshoppee Platform from anywhere in the world, however the delivery address should be in India.
All Product(s) purchased through the Retailshoppee Platform or any other portal or through voice/mobile /email/sms etc. are collectively termed as Retailshoppee orders. All Retailshoppee orders will be shipped to the User buying a Product in accordance with the terms of these Term and Conditions.
In the case of local area deliveries, as specified on the Retailshoppee Platform, the Product(s) shall be shipped the next day from the time of successful placement of order by a Buyer subject to the availability of the Product with the User selling the Products. In case of national deliveries, outside the local area deliveries, as specified on the Retailshoppee Platform, the Product(s) will be shipped and delivered to the User buying the Products, within 12 (Twelve) working days of placing the order, depending on the availability of the Product with the User, selling the Products and serviceability of delivery location. In some cases it may take more than 12 (Twelve) working days, due to the geographical location of the User buying the Product.
Retailshoppee usually provides free delivery to Users buying a Product on all orders. If any delivery fee is charged from the Buyer this will specifically be indication to the Users buying a Product while the Users buying a Product, places the order or later or through any mode of communication. If delivery charge is conveyed after placing the order by the Users buying a Product, the order will be shipped only after receiving written confirmation from the Users buying a Product. A User buying a Product, hereby agrees that in event the value of the Product is less than INR 200, Retailshoppee shall be entitled to charge INR 25 (Rupees Twenty Five) per such Product.
Failure to receive order:
The logistics partner(s) of Retailshoppee shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the User buying the Product, at the address communicated by it at the time of placement of the order. However, if the User buying the Product is not able to take delivery of the Product, the same would be returned back to the User selling the Product. In the event, the User buying the Product requests Retailshoppee to resend the Product(s), the same would be resent only if the Product is available with the User selling the Product. In case of such an event, the User selling the Product may at its discretion levy additional delivery charges. In the event, the User selling the Product is unable to send/ resend the Product due to its non-availability with the User selling the Product, the amount/ price paid for the Product by the User selling the Product shall be reversed to the User buying the Product account where payment has been made through payment gateways. No such refund due to non -deliverability will be applicable to orders placed with cash on delivery options.
Delivery for Cash on Delivery Orders:
All cash on delivery order payments have to be made at the time of order delivery to our logistics partner. The Product(s) would be handed over to the User buying the Products only after receipt of the payment for the Product(s).
RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Retailshoppee shall endeavour to process the Users refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Retailshoppee complaints team.
In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of User buying the Product from where User has paid the transaction amount.
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the User buying the Products, as per the details provided by the User.
The User buying the Products will not be charged for the pickup, and no other deductions shall be made on refunds confirmed to the User buying the Product.
To ensure that the Users refund is processed, the User must handover the Product to Retailshoppee pickup team.
At the time of pick up the returned Product should contain the price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories and box etc.
Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty Eight) hours as specified above.
- In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
- If the Product is damaged by the User buying the Product, in any manner as may be determined by Retailshoppee at its sole discretion.
- If Product has been used by the User buying the Product
- If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.
In case of requests for order cancellations from a User buying a Product, Retailshoppee reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
It is hereby clarified that no cancellation of orders for a Product shall be accepted in case of orders placed from the local listing on a next day delivery basis. In all other cases, a request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within [2 (two) hours] of making the order on the Retailshoppee Platform. Retailshoppee will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of [2 (two hours)] from making the order. Retailshoppee have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User buying the Product agrees not to dispute the decision made by Retailshoppee and accept Retailshoppee's decision regarding the cancellation. In the event of cancellation of order by the customer, Retailshoppee shall not refund the voucher, if any used against such order.
It is hereby clarified that a refund or cancellation shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Retailshoppee in case of any misuse by the User
